DAYRON® Tagfahrlicht & Positionslicht
Von vorn ist dein Motorrad ein einzelner Lichtpunkt.
Zwei Dayron® erweitern das Lichtbild zu einer Linie.
Entfernung und Geschwindigkeit lassen sich dadurch früher und sicherer einschätzen.
Vier Varianten, zwei Funktionen. Am Motorrad werden immer zwei Leuchten montiert.
Andere Verkehrsteilnehmer schätzen Entfernung und Geschwindigkeit anhand der sichtbaren Breite eines Fahrzeugs ein.
Ein einzelner Scheinwerfer bietet dafür kaum Anhaltspunkte.
Zwei zusätzliche Leuchten vergrößern die Lichtsilhouette – das Motorrad wird heller und breiter sichtbar.
Zulässig ist entweder eine Leuchte mittig oder ein Paar symmetrisch zur Fahrzeugmittelebene.
Bei ausgeschaltetem Abblendlicht leuchtet Dayron® als Tagfahrlicht mit voller Leistung.
Wird das Abblendlicht eingeschaltet, schaltet Dayron® auf Positionslicht um und leuchtet reduziert.
Genau daraus ergeben sich die beiden Wege: Tagfahrlicht muss umgeschaltet werden. Positionslicht leuchtet dauerhaft mit dem Abblendlicht.
An dieser Frage entscheidet sich, welcher Dayron® zu deinem Motorrad passt.
Beide Wege vergrößern die Lichtsilhouette. Sie unterscheiden sich darin, ob umgeschaltet werden muss.
Dayron® WL und PL leuchten als Positionslicht immer mit – ohne Schalter, ohne zusätzliche Elektronik. Sie vergrößern die Lichtsilhouette und erhöhen die Sichtbarkeit am Tag wie in der Dämmerung.

Dayron® und Dayron® i leuchten am Tag mit voller Leistung und schalten auf Positionslicht um, sobald das Abblendlicht eingeschaltet wird. Die Umschaltung erfolgt über den vorhandenen Lichtschalter oder über den Schalter des Installationssets H4.

Für diese drei Modelle gibt es zusätzlich das Technikset. Ein Lichtsensor übernimmt das Umschalten vollständig, eine manuelle Bedienung entfällt. Auf der jeweiligen Modellseite findest du die passende Anbauposition, das richtige Technikset und das Komplettset für dein Motorrad.

Zusatzscheinwerfer und Tagfahrlicht sehen ähnlich aus, erfüllen aber völlig verschiedene Aufgaben. Das eine unterstützt das Sehen, das andere das Gesehenwerden.

Beides darf gleichzeitig am Motorrad verbaut sein – die Aufgaben überschneiden sich nicht.
Wie hell eine Leuchte sein darf, hängt von ihrer Funktion ab – und die Grenzen liegen weit auseinander. Dayron® bewegt sich in beiden Betriebsarten am oberen Rand des zulässigen Bereichs.
Serienmäßige Tagfahrlichter liegen meist knapp über dem gesetzlichen Mindestwert – und sitzen einzeln in der Fahrzeugmitte.
