What can I do if I have a damaged item?
Despite careful quality controls, it can occasionally happen that an item has a defect. Please send it back to us and we will replace it as soon as possible. If you have any questions or are unsure if the item is defective, please email us at email@example.com.
Please include your contact details and the reason for return. Alternatively, our service team can send you a return receipt by email which you can fill out and enclose with the package.
What if an item does not fit or I have ordered the wrong item?
If you have ordered the wrong item, you are welcome to return it to us in the original packaging.
After we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible and, after checking it, you will receive a refund of the purchase price paid using the payment method you originally selected.
If you would like to order another item, you can place a new order for this item.
How long is the warranty period or guarantee?
The statutory warranty is 2 years.
