Can I still change my order details?
If you would like to change the delivery address, this is only possible via our customer service as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.

Which parcel service is used to send the goods?
You can choose between DHL and DHL Express. DHL Express can only be selected for items in stock.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, this is possible. You can choose a different delivery address during the ordering process or save it in your account by default.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as we have received your payment and your goods have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from DHL by email.
This email will also contain a tracking code that you can use to track your shipment.

Please note that it may take a few hours before the tracking code is available, as it has only just been transmitted to the logistics company at the time of the shipping confirmation.
Where can I find the tracking number?
You will receive the shipment number from DHl by email and you can also find it on the invoice that we send you by email.
